WILL SENIOR DISCOUNTS KEEP YOU FROM FILING BANKRUPTCY? TRAVEL, ENTERTAINMENT ETC

If you are trying to determine if it is possible to work out of financial difficulties, trying to reduce expenses and increase income are things that most people try. I hope that you, the readers, may provide some sources of additional income so that I can put together a list for that also.

No matter how how frugal you may be, sooner or later you will have to buy something. You have to do more than simply eat, sleep and hope you survive. Life is too short to simply never go to a movie, travel to see new sights or visit family. We were not put on this earth just to work, have children and to die. No one will care about how much money they have when they are dying. It is too easy to caught up in what we have and forget about the important things such as family, friends and trying to make the world a little better place.

If you know of other places that provide discounts to seniors for activities and entertainment, that did not make this list, please let me know and I will add them. I have found a site that offers some information called free4seniors.com that has additional information. If the information list is no longer correct, please let me know so that I can remove that company from the list.

Filing bankruptcy is not a first choice, but, if you have tried all the other optoins, contact me so we can discuss if bankruptcy can give you your life back. There is no shame in failing, just ask the Olympic competitors. For every first, second or third place there are many more who tried and did not receive a medal. The shame is for persons who could have done something to never even try.

About Nathan Davis, Esquire

Born in Charleston, South Carolina, Nathan Davis has been practicing law for many years. Mr. Davis has a wide variety of experiences having practiced domestic relations, criminal law, social security law having also practiced collection law in the past. This knowledge is helpful when someone needs to restart their financial life. The practice is now primarily bankruptcy and debtor representation work, but, Mr. Davis continues to also practice real estate law, trusts and estates and a general litigation practice. I believe that the most important part of representation is trying to leave you better off when the case is finished than when you started. Although I will do as my client directs, I will always tell you if I think that you are making a mistake. Bankruptcy is about a "fresh start". If you do not make changes in what you are doing, you will be doing what you are doing now in the future. There is no shame in bankruptcy or other steps that you may take to start your life over. Too often, people worry more about things than about themselves, their family or their future.
